This has been my most recommended screen capture software with video editing feature. It's the one I'm personally using to do screen capture videos. I even created a course on how to use it. It's somewhat pricy at one-time fee but it's really worth it if you're willing to invest in it.
Create works almost like Camtasia for half the price. The video editing feature needs improvement but it has lots of interesting unique features like built-in video and image stocks, exciting animations, and text-to-speech feature.
This is the most affordable yet fastest screen capture and video editing software. It has the essentials, which are just about you need to capture your screen and edit your videos. If you're on the budget and you just want the essentials, you're going to love this!
